Overall a OK Laptop (Report Review)

I have a laptop computer and I also have the desktop computer. The desktop computer is for my family to use and for them to be able to have access to the internet for their homework while the laptop is for my enjoyment only. I like this specific laptop because it comes with the Pentium 4 processor. I like the speed of the processor since it comes in at 2.4 GHz. The installed memory is not the greatest because I have seen so many other computers and laptops that are inexpensive and have twice as much memory for their pc’s. This laptop comes with only 256 meg. I also wish that it came with a much bigger hard drive unlike the small drive that I get with it as it only comes with a 60 GB hard drive.
I do however enjoy the weight of the computer since it is only 8 pounds and does what I need it to do. I always make sure that I backup all my files so that it saves space on my computer. I at least will use the 60 GB to only keep the files on it that I need.
I did finally add more ram to the computer since it will handle up to a gig of ram. I had to purchase the ram in addition to upgrading to a external hard drive. I do like the CD-RW that comes with this laptop as well as the fact that it is able to read the DVD’s that I want to watch while using the laptop.
As a matter of fact, I do enjoy this laptop and I do like the features that it has but if it was my choice and if I had really looked at the specs of this computer, I probably would have chosen to purchase a better brand and style of laptop. For the price I paid, it does what I need it to do and that’s all that is important.
