ThermaCare heat wraps are a lifesaver if you have any kind of muscle pain or stiffness.
I set up for garage sales about once a month and every time that I do, my lower back in in knots by the time I am done hauling boxes and setting up for the sale. One of these times, I decided that I was going to try one of these heatwraps on my lower back to see if it would help to relieve the pain. It worked wonders!
The product is super easy to use. Just tear open the package and whatever is in the little pockets is air activated to warm up. You peel away the adhesive backing and stick the pad onto whatever body area that has the pain.
I bought the trial size "neck, wrist, and shoulder" package just in case it didn't work for me. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was rather large. Large enough to cover my lower back actually.
The heat from the little pockets helps to relax your tight muscles and lasts about 12 hours even though the box says that it provides 8 hours of relief. The intensity of the heat is just right also, not too hot.
All in all, a great product.
