It definitely works, it's just a matter of how long will it take you to get rid of your hair and how much per treatment you'll pay.
I have dark hair and is it easier to remove dark hair, I hear with blond hair it takes much longer. Treatments can be painful, it depends of the temperature they will use, the higher the more effective, but it hurts, if your treatments are inexpensive or if your doctor doesn't mind to have a longer session at the same price and spend more time with you using lower temperature then shorter time but higher temperature, that will be great, because you may burn your skin.
Do not get tan at least a week before and after the treatment, otherwise you may develop a discoloration.
