Having multiple monitors around the house I felt the need to buy a LED monitor to see what all the buzz was about.
Needless to say as soon as I got it I was a bit skeptical that it would be that much better than a LCD monitor.
When I initially turned it on and set it up I noticed that the picture had a bit more clarity than my other lcds had.
After a few hours of use I became a believer that the LED technology really is quite a few years ahead of LCD.
The picture that this monitor can produce is absolutely incredible.
I currently have this plugged into DVI cord and it's never looked better.
It has a 2ms response time so ghosting isn't an issue and it has great detail.
I use this particular monitor for reading mainly and It's very easy to see text on it.
The detail on this monitor is truly amazing you can see things that you've never seen on a normal monitor.
Overall this monitor is ahead of it's time and for the price I don't think you're going to find much better.
If you're looking for a great monitor with an amazing picture I would recommend buying this one.
