Laser Hair Removal at home (Report Review)
Oct 03, 2011 by Adavliatsh
Consumer rating: (5)
I was very excited that I might be able to do a laser hair removal at home. This product comes in a white carrying case, with a charger and a skin sensor.
Strongly recommend reading manual carefully, it is a high-tech device, and you are using Laser on your skin so you really should exactly know how to use the system safely and correctly, pay attention to all the details. The manual is very easy to read and understand.
After charging the system, you have to activate it. Either by them or by doing so on-line. Otherwise Tria will not turn on.
First, I had to make sure my skin was light enough, also you can't wax or use any other method that pulls out the hair follicle many weeks (may be 4-8 weeks) before using Tria, because the laser needs some hair underneath you skin.
It may be time consuming when you are doing full legs especially. And it may hurt particularly in a bikini area because skin is more sensitive there. I use Emla cream to numb the skin a bit underarms and the bikini area before I start the treatment.
I used it for a few months and had three treatment done already, hair started to come out, I do have bold parts some where and in other place I have a few hairs on their own. I’d continue to use it up to 6-8 treatments.
