I absolutely adore this eyeliner! It is the only brand I've used ever since I came across it over 10 years ago. And I will only use the Black Brown color.
I love how easy it is to use also. Will the built in sharpener, there is never a need to go sharpening it yourself. Whenever it gets low, just twist the bottom and voila! ready to use!
The product also goes on smoothly. I remember when I used to have to light a match to soften other eyeliners before being able to put it on. Not this though! As the other poster said, it does smudge after a while. More like several hours, not one hour like she said. I'm sure that applying some primer before the eyeliner would take care of the smudging issue. I have only used this eyeliner on the upper lid so I cannot attest to it's function on the bottom. If they stopped making this particular eyeliner, I would probably have to stop using eyeliner all together! Great product!

Two weeks ago, I was in desperate need of a new eyeliner since the one I usually use was discontinued. After hours and hours of research, I decided on the Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner.
Eyeliner is one of my must have products and I was disappointed when I ran out of my favorite eyeliner. So, I went on countless beauty forums and read so many reviews and I kept coming across this product, so I tried it... and I regret it. After an hour of wearing this eyeliner on just my top lid, I had raccoon eyes. It smudged like there was no tomorrow and I don\'t even rub my eyes and I was inside the whole hour. It just doesn\'t work. I was so excited to finally find an eyeliner after so much research I put into finding one, but I ended up being disappointed. It felt like it just melted off of my eyelid. The next day, I tried using it on my waterline and after I blinked a couple times, it came off. Then, I tried to tightline. Same result. Then, the built in sharpener broke after one use and it\'s tiny so it\'s easy to lose if you drop it.
This eyeliner is definitely not worth the hype or money. Period.
