Primer really does make a difference (Report Review)

If you've never used a makeup primer before, then you're in for a real treat by using this Philosophy primer. The Supernatural Poreless Flawless is a fabulous makeup primer in a tidy little tube with the signature Philosophy packaging.
I brushed off the thought of a makeup primer for a long time, despite reading countless magazine blurbs about how wonderful it was, how it made your makeup stay put for hours, and so on. I'm not really into wearing heavy makeup, so as far as I was concerned, this was just another step and another pore-clogging layer of makeup on my face that I didn't really need.
Actually, using a makeup primer like this one has turned out to be a great first step. It prevents my foundation from settling into any fine lines around my eyes, and helps prevent the foundation over my T-zone from melting away by midday. I've found that with a primer under my makeup, I don't need to use so much powder to set things in place--my foundation just somehow looks better and already 'set'.
But what I really love about this Philosophy formula is that it works fantastic even without makeup. I wear it on my bare skin and don't top it with foundation, and it still makes my skin look great. The tone is more even, my pores are blurred, my fine lines are blurred...everything just looks better somehow. And it has SPF 15. Oh, and did I mention that it doesn't clog my pores at all? Could it even get any better?
For germaphobes who dislike tiny jars, this primer comes in a tube--thank goodness! The tube features the signature Philosophy packaging, so it looks nice on your vanity table.
It'd be nice if this product was a little cheaper, but otherwise, I wouldn't change a thing.
