This is a quiet air conditioning unit. You can’t almost hear the compressor operating. It can throw the cool air over 28 feet through 2-3 rooms. The filter of this air conditioner comes out and is cleaned easily. It can be installed easily and its instructions are a snap to follow. This is considered by many consumers as a good unit for its price. It has a convenient temperature control via remote. |

It’s a bit irritating to hear the beep sound that comes from turning this air conditioner on or turning the temperature up or down. If you put the unit on energy saver, it cycles on every ten minutes to check the temperature which could be a total bother if you are sleeping. You may not use it all the time to keep yourself away from this concern. |
