This product has so many benefits I don’t know where to begin! I have very pale combination skin. I do not use moisturizers of any kind, or wear make-up. I break out along my jaw line, my chin, and where the arms of my glasses rest. Oh, and I pop my pimples (I don’t have ‘acne’, I just breakout).
This product helps clear away the oil, softens the irritated skin from where the pimples have been popped, and evens the redness of the skin all at the same time. It is an all-in-one product that is incredibly inexpensive.
Noxema Deep Cleansing Cream Plus Moisturizers comes in a large sized jar (good for about 6 months of once a day face washing). It is a thick cream that tingles coolly when applied to the face. It has the typical Noxema smell (which I personally LOVE). Smell the product before you buy it, as you apply it near enough to your nostrils to cause major issues.
The deep cleansing cream cleans out deep pores almost as well as pore strips, and the added moisturizes help heal the skin afterward. Not only does it clear out the oils and moisturize the skin, it evens skin tone while it does it.
Within one week of using this product for the first time, I saw a dramatic difference in my skin. It was like night and day. I still had pimples, but the pores on my cheeks and chin had shrunk, I had less red marks from popping pimples, and my skin was unbelievably soft!
This product is very mild compared to its counterpart (original Noxema without moisturizers). I really think the moisturizers in it help a great deal in evening the skin tone and countering the high PA balance cleansers have.
This product is good if you have oily skin, dry skin (I suggest using a moisturizer with this product in this case), combination skin, and normal skin. I am unsure how it works on ‘real’ acne (under the skin, cannot be popped), but on regular breakouts it’s fantastic.
