Aroma therapy is a combination of a massage with a use of various aroma oils. Depending of what the problem, massage therapist will use different oils. I usually take Aroma therapy massages to relax my muscles and mind. Help me to get a better sleep and get rid of a paid in my shoulder. It helps with all of the above. and it feels really great too, and your body will be very smooth after the treatment.
I heard that people use it also for various other problems like varicose veins, poor circulation swollen ankle, infertility and etc..I do not believe that it can treat serious problems, but it definitely makes you feel good and relax after the treatment.
