Pretty good but not very user friendly. (Report Review)

I started using sony vegas pro 9 when I wanted to do home videos and youtube videos I found it to be a great application but it was pretty difficult to use at first.
Transitions are really nice and they go on very easily once you figure it out.
They have a ton of effects built right into the software which makes it very nice because you don't have to browse the web for them.
It supports just about every single rendering pipe you throw at it with zero issues what so ever.
The conversion and rendering speed is about average and what you would expect for any program that you create home videos with.
The program is pretty difficult and is not very user friendly and I found myself on youtube for hours watching tutorials before even figuring out how to use it properly and efficiently.
The editing is very nice and you can split clips very nicely once you figure out how to use it properly.
Overall it's a good program but it's very expensive and isn't very user friendly.
If you don't know what you're doing prepare to watch a ton of tutorials because it's not very easy.

I love video editing and i have so many video editing programs and this is one of my favorite ones. Just like other video editing programs, there are so many stuff in it which may looks hard to use, but it's really easy. With this program, you can do so many stuff such as making text, adding cool effect and transitions, and overall just make a cool video. One of my favorite things about this is the effects. the effects in this program is just cool. I love the starburst and glow and such. it's just so cool. and there are so many more things in this program too. One thing I dont' like about this program is that it's hard to change the width and length of a video. Another thing thing I don't like about this program is that's it's hard to edit. i hate how whenever i want to view a specific part, i have to move the little line. and it's so slow too. I use adobe premiere pro and this program a lot and i find premiere pro so much easier to edit. and also, premiere pro design looks more sleeker. But overall, this is one of my favorites.
