got rid of it the first month (Report Review)

I got this phone because i thought it would be a cheap alternative to getting some high-end phone just for the amount of texting i am supposed to do for my work, but sadly i hate this phone and if i could rate it zero i could, this phone arrived with chipped glass, but i could still use it so i kept it because i didn't want the hassle of shipping it back. I tried the texting keyboard, and it broke off the first month of use and in addition to that, the backlight that was advertised to turn on when the texting keyboard was engaged didn't even work. Sadly, there isn't much good stuff to say about this phone but the luxury that i managed to get rid of it for free and get my work to give me a free Verizon Wireless Blackberry which i regularly use and love much more that the piece of garbage that arrived by FedEx to my doorstep. Avoid this phone by all causes, if you are forced to get this phone, refuse to it, and if you are lured in by the low price and 50 dollar rebate that i got, AVOID THIS PHONE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
Pros:  YOU JOKIN? FOOL
Cons:  ahem, about everything
Samsung Intensity Cell Phone (Report Review)

I got upgraded to the Samsung Intensity Cell Phone after two years under my contract with Verizon. To be honest, this is the worst phone I have ever encountered, Within a few months of usage, my phone would no longer ring. It would only vibrate, but there was no way I could get it to ring. I fiddled around with the volume control to no avail. In addition, for some strange reason, my alarm would no longer ring. I kept playing around with it thinking that surely it must have been something I was doing wrong, but no matter what I did I could not get it to work. In addition, the loudspeaker button no longer works and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to fix it. My sister also upgraded to his phone under the family plan with Verizon, and, ironically, her phone will no longer vibrate but it will still ring. If only we could put our phones together, we would have one functional phone. I would not recommend the Samsung Intensity phone to anyone -- it is an absolute nightmare to deal with.
Cons:  - poor quality
first phone before my smartphone (Report Review)

This is in my opinion the best starter phone on the market, even better than its younger brother the samsung intensity two, i really liked this phone and it was my first phone before my trademark iPhone :), and i really like it. If you tex a lot and don't particularly like flip phones where it is kind of hard to text then this phone is for you. What you don't see on this phone from the picture is the flip out QWERTY that is very easy to use and all in all its very sturdy. I used this phone for 2 years and nothing happened to it, i just gave it back in wen i upgraded to iPhone. Below i will list the pros and cons:
Pros:  It is very easy to use, and the qwerty is very useful for people that text a lot and it has a very VERY long battery life, i usually use it for 3 days before it goes on low charge, and that is very awesome.
Cons:  It's mobile internet is hard to use, so i decided not to get it, because when i tried out the mobile internet in the store it was just hard to use. that needs some work, and also it has a shortage of good wallpapers and ringtones, but that is just a small thing.
Good for Texting (Report Review)

The Samsung Intensity has a nice and slick design, a great keyboard, and a nice display. It has a megapixel camera, a music player, and GPS. The keyboard is one of the best when it comes to texting. As a slider messaging phone, this Samsung is one of the best for the avid texter. It has a rounded ergonomic style that feels good to use.

It has a 2.1” screen which is bright and very easy to read and good for picture taking. The built in 1.3 megapixel camera takes nice pictures, zooms in, and even comes with the NightShot feature. For the music lover, you will however, need to expand the memory by buying a memory card to store your tunes.

It is a very durable phone; I’ve brought it out fishing, as well as used it in outside working conditions and it still look somewhat new. This Samsung Intensity is probably one of the best cellular phones I’ve ever owned.
