I came across this set when I was looking for something to carry and protect my brand new Dell inspiron mini 10. I was attracted to this particular set because of the neoprene sleeve and the lock. The mouse is just a bonus.
The neoprene sleeve is soft and supple. The netbook fits into it pretty snugly. It seems to barely fit and you have stretch and pull the flap in order to get it to cover the netbook. It is a little too small (or short), so that it leaves a gap of the netbook uncovered. The thing that I really like about the sleeve is that it can double as a mousepad when you are out and about.
The mouse is a small mouse. It's actually so small that if you are using it for longer than a half hour, it will give you hand cramps. Other than that, the mouse is pretty nice. It works well with the netbook. It runs smoothly. The only thing I don't like about it is that the cord is pretty short.
As for the lock. I can't review that part of this set because I haven't figured out how to use it with my netbook. It looks like a simple combination lock that seems pretty sturdy though.
