Good For Smoking and Grilling (Report Review)

The Char-Grill charcoal BBQ grill model number 2222 Pro-Deluxe grill and smoker is a great tool to have if you plan on grilling anytime during the year as well as smoking a number of meats. There is something with a smoker that you just do not get with a regular grill.
For instance, the first thing that you get with a smoker is that smoked in flavor that saturates the whole meat. That is why it is so important that you have a smoker that is going to work well to make your meat juicy. The smoker can operate on a number of different wood chips such as Hickory or Cherry wood chips.
The charcoal grill will work great for those family gatherings and that is how we use this grill the most. Each weekend during the warmer Summer months, we will all gather around our patio with our tiki torches going and a pitcher of sweet tea. Once we have our tea and meat, we sit around telling stories of how the week has been.
We love the Char-Grill charcoal smoker because it fits in with the rest of our décor. The cast iron grates are good for heavy meats that would otherwise bend a cheaper grate as well as the fact that we have 2 shelves for cooking. When we have big family gatherings and outings, we need that extra shelf for leftover meat that will not fit on the bottom shelf and that is why I always opt for a grill that has the added room. I also tend to like my buns toasted and that is why I also choose to have a larger grill with more space on it.
The one thing that matters most to me is that I have the option of not getting my hands dirty when it comes to cleaning out the charcoal grill. The Char-Grill has an easy empty ash pan that simply takes all the hassle of scooping out hot ash from the charcoal grill. Whenever I purchase a new grill, I always make sure that it has this option.
