I am a person who loves their kitchen appliances. I am also someone who loves their coffee in the morning. For this reason, when I stumbled across a ad for the Breville Café Roma ESP8XL, I knew I had to have this machine. I am not one who cares about what the price of the machine is so long as it does what I want it to do and that the food or drink that comes from it is worth eating or drinking.
The espresso machine matches all my other stainless steel appliances and comes with a 15 bar thermoblock pump. I like the fact that it comes with a dual filter system to create a excellent cream and froth. The cup warming plate is an added bonus. Since I like to drink espresso like I drink water, this was a good investment for me. It has the large and easy to fill quart tank that will show me how much water is left inside with the external water window. This lets me see when my tank is down to less than half allowing me to refill it to the right level.
It is hard sometimes for me to make enough espresso and often times I have to make 2 or 3 batches a day. I have friends who come over frequently and who always ask for a fresh cup of espresso. Everyone loves my espresso machine and I often think that the only reason they come to visit me is because of my espresso. The espresso machine is one of the smaller machines on the market since it is a convenient size of only 9 inches by 9 inches and 12 inches. I love the fact that it came with the one year warranty as well. IF something would have happened to my espresso machine in a year, I could have at least had it replaced right away….Luckily it didn’t because otherwise, I would have been left with no friends coming to visit until my espresso machine was fixed.
