Delicious dinners every night with GE microwave oven. (Report Review)

I love this microwave as I am using for last couple of years. It makes my life lot easier with two little kids and my busy workaholic husband. This microwave oven is much stronger than our last to 1100 watts one. I realize it has very simple manual and easy to use. This microwave oven has large capacity, which can be expanded using beyond micro-wave functions. The screen is multifunctional; keep records of timing, timer and other stuff. It has smooth front glass easy to clean. Ge JES1142SJ Stainless Steel 1100 Watts Microwave Oven has lot of cool features. There have set timer and button for popcorn, frozen appetizer and beverages. They have option for express heating from 1-6 minutes. You can also adjust timer for 20 seconds for example. I always use express heating, it work efficiently to warm every kind of food. I really think the defrost system is excellent, you can set the weight of the frozen thing, also they have indicator to tell that when you need to turn them around. My husband loves to put alarm on this microwave, as it has very high pith sound. Finally, the microwave offers the opportunity to cook in 10 different levels. This helps you to make a delicious meal within few minutes without investing much of your energy.

This slender beautifully designed GE microwave is one of the proud possessions of my kitchen. It has 10 push button from which you can clearly choose your option. Turntable in the microwave work excellently to finish its jobs and warming the food appropriately. Digital screened with green color is very easy to use and easy to read the options. |

Stainless Steel Good Bargain (Report Review)

In my kitchen, I have to have all stainless steel appliances. For this reason, when I stumbled across the GE 1.1 cu feet microwave, I had to have it. I was always waiting to find the perfect microwave for a cheap enough price that I was able to purchase it without spending too much money that when I seen this for sale, it was the first thing in my shopping cart.
I love the convenient controls that it offers which allows me to be able to cook and reheat items that I have already cooked at the simple touch of a button. The auto function and timed defrost will allow me to be able to set a time that I want to defrost the item and how long I want to defrost it.
The turntable is great for continually rotating all items inside of the microwave. If I want to heat something evenly and throughout, I simply place it in the microwave and then I know that the turntable is going to keep everything even. I have even cooked bacon inside of my GE microwave. The microwave even made my bacon crisp when I used a specific tool to heat the bacon to a crisp.
I like the fact that I am able to have a constant control over what I want to have the microwave set on. I like the fact that I can make a quick, one touch control of heating something as well as reheating something. There are other microwave’s that will heat something but will not do as good of a job as this microwave and they are within the same price range.
Overall, I like the fact that this microwave was and is stainless steel and matches the rest of my appliances as well as the fact that it was within my price range. If I had to choose between a higher priced microwave and this microwave, I would choose this microwave again.

Last month, I was searching for a fine quality microwave oven. My mother had asked me for that, because she is old, and found it hard to re-heat the food gain for me since I come late from the office. Here demand was of course for a simple microwave oven only, but I always look for innovation and style also. I discussed it with my friend, and he suggested me Ge JES1142SJ. I went to few shops and asked them about this product. A few really praised and some only rated it average, but no negative comment I received, so I decided to buy this. My mother was really happy when I bought this. It allows cooking and reheating at the touch of a button; Auto and Time Defrost, automatically defrosts for a specified amount of time; Turntable - Continually rotates food to ensure even cooking; Instant On Controls allow quick, one-touch cooking and reheating, child lock out Enables us to lock the keypad to prevent the oven from being accidentally started; Electronic touch controls offer us easy point and cooking convenience, 10 power levels offer maximum cooking flexibility, from warming and reheating, to the full speed of microwave cooking at high power and much more….But I won`t keep any one in dark from the cons of this product too. This oven is loud..Annoyingly loud! This thing is LOUD. It sounded the way my Sharp did when it broke -- a very loud humming sound. There was also lots of vibration. At first I thought perhaps it was too close the wall, so I moved it away from anything else that is on the countertop. No, it is the microwave. The thing is just very loud -- annoyingly loud with a lot of vibrations also! Also, I have to wipe stainless down more often than if it were white! But overall, this product is not a choice!

We bought this particular GE stainless steel microwave oven model and had to return it since it did not power up. We were given a replacement GE microwave oven, same model, and it has been working well since then, for an $89 microwave oven. It’s the right size oven for us, perfect for reheating leftovers and hot drinks, and it looks good with our stainless steel kitchen. The control display is easy to read and all automated for quick food preparations.
We’ve had it for over 2 years now, and it is used regularly on a daily basis. It still powers up very good, the food is always hot, and it is great for making microwavable popcorn for them late movie nights and weekend get together.
This particular microwave oven is a medium sized oven and it not used for cooking large meals; it’s a great for plate sized meals for a small, but busy family. In any case, it will make a great hand me down for the grown kids as they leave the house and travel for post secondary education. The microwave oven is a perfect size for that and the kids get a lot of use for it in their apartment.
