good, not perfect (Report Review)

This is one good mattress, it is just not as springy as i would like it to be, i just plop down on it, and it just stays there, solid, if you have read my other reviews, then you know i am a person that likes springy mattresses, and sadly this mattress doesn't fall into that category.
Other than that though, it is a really good mattress, i would think that it lasts a long time, one time when i was in missouri, i used one of these mattresses at a hotel, and it looked like it was BRAND NEW, and with all the traffic that the hotel i stayed in was getting, i think that that is a great feat for this mattress, longevity is a large factor when you are looking for good mattresses, because usually you don't want one where you have to replace it after one week.
I cannot tell you that much about the price of it, because as i stated before, i only encountered it on a business trip to missouri, so i won't say anything about price.
All in all, i think it deserves 4 stars, because everything about it is nice, except the fact that this mattress has no spring- at least the one i used.

I have been sleeping on my Simmons Beautyrest Pillow Top Mattress for several years and I really like it. The only real negative thing I have to say about the Simmons Beautyrest Pillow Top Mattress is the price. I think Simmons mattresses tend to cost more than other brands of mattresses. But, in this case, I think it is pretty well worth it to spend a little bit more money for a good night\'s sleep. A mattress is something that you will use every day, so I think it is worth spending a little more money on to get a higher quality product. What sets the Simmons Beautyrest Pillow Top Mattress above the rest of the competition is the fact that the mattress is just the right level of firmness. I think it is firmer than most mattresses, which I happen to like because I think it is better for your back. I have been sleeping on my Simmons Beautyrest Pillow Top Mattress for several years and the mattress is still very firm -- this shows that this product is very high quality and withstands the test of time.

The Simmons Beautyrest Pillow Top Mattress is a pretty good buy. Like other Pillow top mattress, Simmons Beautyrest Pillow Top Mattress i is very very soft and light. It makes sleeping very easy and comfortable.. All my past mattresses were pillow top mattresses because I have a hard time sleeping on mattresses that are not pillow top, despite my parents telling me that sleeping on hard surface is "good for your back". These pillow top mattress are know for their softness, but a major downfall of them are that they lose their softness over time and becomes a bit flat. They won't go back up after a few year soft use. I have this mattress for 3 years already. It was not as light and fluffy as it was 3 years ago but it is still good and usable. Like other pillow top mattress, you can't flip over the mattress, but only rotate it around. The cushy feelings lose over time but it is not a significant wear down, and it does not occur at a very fast weight. If you are careful and do not let your kids jump up and down on your beds, then this mattress can last a long time. It was definitely worth the buy. You can always spent more money and buy even more expensive pillow top mattress that last even longer supposedly. However, I do not regret buying this product at all because of its low price. It has served me well the past 3 years and it will probably continue to serve me well another couple of years. I recommend this product to anyone on a budget and cannot stand sleeping on hard surfaces like me!

A Good Pillow Top Mattress (Report Review)

The Simmons Beautyrest Pillow top mattress is a good buy if you like to have a mattress that is soft and has cushion on it. We do love to have a mattress that is going to make it feel as if we are sleeping on a cloud and this is one reason why we love the pillow top mattresses so well. If you like sleeping on a hard mattress, why do you not just want to sleep on the floor?
The down fall to owning this particular type of mattress is that after several months to a year, you will be able to see an indentation of where you have been sleeping. In order to get rid of this, you are going to have to continually flip your mattress over and rotate it. Once you have started doing this, even over time, you will still develop a indent that will be pronounced over time.
With it being a pillow top mattress, the idea of flipping it upside down is not going to work. You can only rotate the mattress and flip it side to side. There will be no flipping it over completely allowing you to keep the mattress from developing an indent.
I have had several types of mattresses and so far, I do love the feel of the pillow top mattress compared to a standard mattress but the only thing that you can do to avoid getting an indent is to purchase a more expensive, foam type of mattress. Right now a foam mattress is pretty popular but they are also pretty expensive.
Overall, I do enjoy my Simmons Beautyrest pillow top mattress but wish that I could avoid the indent that it has over time. I have done everything that I could do to avoid the indent and it still develops an indent.

Good Mattress if you do not mind to change it in 2 years (Report Review)

The mattress is good to sleep on due a cushy pillow top. The only problem is that this pillow top stop being cushy after a year. My husband and i are not heavy people, i would say we are on a light side. Nevertheless, after approximately 9 months, you can see a dived where we sleep and it does not feel soft any longer. Because it has a pillow top, you cannot turn it upside down as with a regular mattress, you can only rotate it, which does not help really.
We had another pillow top mattress in a past that we bought in USA and it is not being sold in Canada. We had this mattress for 7 years and it was very soft and cushy for 5 of those years. Simmons Beautyrest is not as soft as it was when we bought it. Considering that it is not a cheap mattress i do not want to replace it just after 2 years, but on the other hand i do love my sleep. SO, we kind of stuck with it now.
