I love makeup and I am always trying new items. My of my most Favorite items has been Volume Blasting Mascara!
It is in a really pretty package too. It is easy to use and so nice!!
Wow is this ever a neat product!! It really makes your eye lashes look Thick and like the ones on the ads you see on television. It is a really Nice product.
It is so awesome. I am impressed with this mascara More than the majority of ones out there because it really is the Bang for the buck! Love it!
I will always buy this because the price is really fair too. It is nice.
It really goes on easily and makes your eye lashes super thick.

Waste of Money. (Report Review)

The ads for LashBlast mascara says that it does not cause spidery, clumpy lashes... they are anything but wrong. This is a too dark, too chunky mascara with a huge wand (not good for smaller handed individuals to hold). Even the lightest brown colour is dark.
The first time I put the mascara wand into the container, the mascara came out clumpy, thick, and somewhat oily. Being that I had only used cheap brands, I thought this was normal for pricier mascaras and proceeded to use it.
I removed the clumps carefully and applied the rest of the mascara on the wand to my upper lashes. Within seconds my eyelashes dried and became thick, clumpy, and spidery. Even though I had removed the chunky clumps, it still managed to clump on my lashes.
I had chosen a brown colour mascara that normally only darkens my lashes a little (they are brown), but my eyelashes came out pitchy black! This mascara is much darker than any other brand I’ve tried. If you do not want a black based mascara, I would not suggest this brand.
I had a terrible time removing the mascara afterward. The clumps made it a lot harder, and I ended up losing a lot of eyelashes that were stuck together. It was a painful experience. My eyes burn so badly from how much the product stuck to my lashes.
My lashes appeared extremely long and I was pleased with that effect, but the clumps and the way it separated them disappointed me. My eyelashes looked like the “bad” eyelashes they compare their product to in their ads.
A terrible mascara and expensive waste of money.

I had high expectations for CoverGirl LashBlast Volume Blasting Mascara, but when I actually bought some and tried it out, I was kind of disappointed. The applicator is fairly easy to use. But I felt like it wasn't very effective. One application of the mascara doesn't really coat your lashes that well. But upon a second coating, your eyelashes will become really thick and clumpy. I don't like having my eyelashes stick together in gunky black clumps. I think the wand applicator needs to be improved in order for the mascara to apply more evenly. I tried using an eyelash curler first before using the mascara, but I don't think the mascara helped keep my eyelashes curled. Using Cover Girl Lash blast mascara proved to be rather difficult, and I ended up having to purchase another tool, an eyelash comb or brush, just to take care of the clumpiness and sticking together of my eyelashes. I probably would not purchase this product again, but I will use up the rest of the tube so as not to waste it.

Whenever I turn on my TV, I always saw a commercial for CoverGirl's LashBlast, so I thought, "Hey, why not give it a try?" So I did.
In the commercial, they claim to have an "amazing volume-boosting formula" and volume was something my lashes definitely needed! I have stubborn, short asian lashes, so it's very frustrating for me to find a mascara that'll give me length and volume. When I first applied LastBlast, it went on very smoothly and it gave my thin lashes volume. Not only did it give me volume, but it gave me length. The color is really black and dramatic, exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't believe what was packed into this fat orange tube. The only downside is the fact that it doesn't hold a curl well, so I curl my lashes, use my other mascara, and then use a coat of LashBlast and it'll hold my curl all day! It also doesn't smudge so at the end of the day, I don't have raccoon eyes. It can be a bit hard to take off (which I guess is a good thing) so I use an oil-based makeup remover.
All in all, this is a fabulous mascara! It's very easy to get and fairly cheap. I recommend this to anyone out there.

One of the best drugstore mascaras available (Report Review)

There are just about a billion drugstore mascaras available, and Cover Girl alone offers tons of options. But out of all the new formulas that keep hitting store shelves, the original orange LashBlast is one option that seems to really stick with shoppers, judging from how quickly it sells out at my local drugstore.
LashBlast is definitely one of the best volume mascaras available at the drugstore. It's easy to find, with the bright orange tube, and you can often find it packaged with Cover Girl eyeliner or another such eye makeup product. It's super affordable and the tubes seem to last a decent length of time, unlike some varieties that quickly dry up or start to clump.
The big brush is a little unwieldy at first try. It takes a little practice to get used to using such an enormous spoolie! But it really helps to grab every little lash and pull it up and out.
You might have seen those Cover Girl ads for LashBlast asking, "Is your volume true or false?" and wondered if the product really looks as nice as it does in the photo. Sometimes mascaras look great on the model in the print ad, but not in real life.
Well, this is one mascara that looks just as great here at home, applied by a non-professional on a non-model, as it does in the ad. There's a reason they developed the "true or false" tagline, because this formula really does offer big, bold lashes, without the clumps or "spider eyes" effect of some other formulas.
And in case you don't like to wear black mascara, there are a several color options available, including a more wearable black/brown for daytime.
In short, one of the best volume drugstore mascaras you could buy, period.
