Good Color Choices (Report Review)

When it comes to wearing eyeliner, you want to know that what you are using that close to your eye is safe and will not cause any irritation to your eye. With Cover Girl, the smooth color and blend able color that you get with your eye liner is safe and non-toxic. The eye liner is also water resistant and has been tested by a ophthalmologist. This should give you some sort of reassurance that what you are using is the best.

The Cover Girl liner that you will be using on your eyes is also a long lasting eye liner. This means that your eye liner is going to last you long periods of time before the need to reapply the liner. The eye liner is going to look as good as it did when you first put it on as when you take it off no matter if its only an hour or if its been 10 hours.

The good thing about Cover Girl is that it is also produced and made in the USA. The other good thing about the Cover Girl makeup is that it is small enough that you do not have to worry about having much room in your purse to carry the makeup. You can carry the makeup with you no matter where you go since it is so compact.

The Cover Girl eye liner will come in a variety of colors which is another reason I choose to use it. I can match it to nearly any outfit and can wear it for extended periods of time. I like to wear black eyeliner when I am wearing something that is hard to match my eyeliner to but when it comes to wearing a outfit that I wear matching eyeliner for, I like to have a variety of colors other than just black to choose from.
Pros:  A assortment of colors is available.
Perennial favorite (Report Review)

My mom has been using Cover Girl makeup products for years and years. She's always had Perfect Point Plus in her makeup bag, in Espresso and Onyx Black, along with the occasional shade of khaki gray or navy. You can also get this eyeliner in green, purple, blue, dark gray, or light brown.

Altogether, a decent shade range, much better than what some other brands offer. These eyeliners are the self-sharpening kind, which is really nice for those of who don't want to sharpen their pencils each time they line their eyes!

The formula is creamy and the pen doesn't tug at your lids while you're lining them like some pencil liners do.

There's a built in smudger tip on the opposite end of the liner pen, so if you like to smudge your liner for a smokey-eyed effect, you can use the little sponge tip instead of a Q-tip. The only trouble is, this gets dirty quickly, so I prefer to use a Q-tip that can simply be thrown away afterward.

These liners are pretty cheap; you can often find them on sale for $5, and sometimes they're included in special sale packs with the Cover Girl Lashblast mascara for $10, which is an awesome deal.

The only thing Cover Girl could do to improve this eyeliner is to offer waterproof versions of some of the colors for the diehard waterproof makeup fans. This liner really does stay put without melting, but if you were planning on swimming, you might not want to chance wearing a non-waterproof liner.

Otherwise, I hope Cover Girl doesn't mess with this product or try to tweak it and "improve" it, because it's great just the way it is! It's been one of my perennial favorites for years now, and I plan to keep using it for years to come.
Pros:  --Several color options
--Self-sharpening
--Doesn't sting my eyes
--Washes off easily
--Doesn't tug at lids
--Affordable
Cons:  --No waterproof version
