This Will Get You Into Shape (Report Review)

I was searching for exercise equipment because I was planning to leave the gym. I was debating between a treadmill and elliptical machine. I found that Eliptical exercise works better for me, it is much harder though than jogging but more effective. I looked at a few machines and stopped at LG-985 VG Elliptical.
It is very reasonably priced. It takes less space than a treadmill. Even at least 20-30 minutes on this machine a day and it really helps you loose weight and tone your muscles. The pedals are comfortable and spacious for your feet, and your feet don't slide while you're working out. I’m very happy about this purchase.
