Bowflex looks like a really high tech treadmil, yet Bowflex choose to use plastic parts where most other companies use metal, especially in the area of the treadmill gears. This can cause that over time you may experience more sound in general than you’d like.
I love this treadmil though: it has a massive 3.0 HP Continuous Motor, it has wider running belt than other treadmil's in that price range. Also the belt is longer than other ones. Tall people will appreciate it.
It changes speed and an incline settings in an instant. So overall I would recommend it.
