Good SS BBQ (Report Review)

When I decided to go out and purchase a propane gas BBQ for the family’s backyard patio, I ended up driving by a Canadian Tire store and pulling into the parking lot. I had BTUs in mind and the bigger the BTU number the hotter the BBQ will be. The one thing I did not have in mind was that, there were no doubt in mind that I would find what I wanted in this particular store’s Home and Garden Department.
In the Home and Garden Department, there were a few rows of BBQs of all popular makes and models. However, the stainless steel BBQs caught my eye, and I knew at that instant that a SS BBQ with over 60,000 BTUs is what I wanted. In this store, the Centro BBQ line was the only stainless steel BBQs on display, so it was obvious I was buying a Centro that day.
The one Centro BBQ model that met my required specifications, such as 3 burners, a side burner, a rotisserie burner, and most importantly over 64,000 of total BTUs, was the Centro 4000. The 3 burners are made of stainless steel and the lid is double-walled, making it a sturdy looking BBQ. The rotisserie is in the rear of the BBQ and it’s a rectangular infrared burner, a very nice feature. The total cooking surface consists of 776 sq. in, enough for cooking for a large family group.
That was 2 years ago when I purchased my Centro 4000, and today I am planning on barbequed steaks and plenty of potatoes for dinner tonight. The Centro BBQ is still running great giving me consistent heat across the stainless steel burners. It’s a bit dirty, since it has been in the exposed weather for awhile, but my Centro 4000 stainless steel barbeque still cooks good steaks and potatoes!
