My experience with this Nuwave oven was not one of my best. The negative side of it is that these ovens are hard to find in market. The cooking side times for frozen food was not accurate, I had some times to cook food longer than what is suggested by the oven time tables. The suggested cook times was good but i could try to adjust the oven sometimes .the other challenge I encountered was, the oven lid is air light therefore allowing food to be moist, but when I cooked crispy foods were always crispy. What annoyed me most was when I over cooked beef it became rubbery. The positive side of this oven is that it pleased me with how it cooked food, my food was less greasy and I also liked the air fry chicken. I had successful cooking both frozen and throwed foods. The oven was great that it took no more than one person realized it used less energy than a convection oven. It had fast cook times compared to other ovens. Cleaning up the oven was easy and simple as I could do it using warm and soapy water or in the dish water. Some tips can mentions on this machine are as the following: to increase moisture, I added an inch of water to the liner pan. The meat will pick up the moisture in the oven and the drippings will go into the water and make cleaning up easier also cooked food faster because I used disposable aluminum pans, these pan can be reused. To prevent the from sticking I could spray or grease the racks prevented sogginess of crisps foods , by removing from Nuwave oven as soon as possible as desired doness is reached. Some factors which will affect the cooking times are: room size and kind of cooking utensils used.
