I've never used a pre work out supplement before until I tried this optimum nutrition essential amino energy mix.
It comes in a pretty good sized bottle and it stirs very easily without leaving many chunks.
It's surprising how fast it kicks in I took it about 20 minutes before my workout and when I was going to work out I really felt energized from it.
It gives you a lot more focus and gets you pumped up and ready to work out.
It almost gives you a tension feeling because it feels like you have more energy than you ever have in your life.
The flavor is really good and as I said earlier it stirs up easily with water.
It's pretty affordable at a place like amazon and it last quite a while.
It really helps give you strength in your workouts because it feels like you have much more energy than you did before taking this.
It won't make you stronger by taking this stuff but it does make you stronger that in the sense of if you have a better workout than you would have had before taking this you will get stronger because you had a great workout.
If you're working out I recommend taking a good protein along with this to get better results and optimum nutrition makes great protein mixes.
