I was skeptical about buying this bowl because of the price. I usually dont pay more than 5 dollars for a bowl. However, the salesboy persuaded me to buy it because he said his mother had used this motto bowl for just about everything. At first I just looked at it to be used as a fruit bowl. But then he went on to describe that she used it for pasta, salad, rice, and more.
This bowl looks a lot bigger in the picture which can throw some people off. Somtimes I catch my hungry kids eating cereal out of this bowl which I told them not to. Ikea Motto Bowl is very lightweight which is a plus for me. I dont like having to hold on to very big heavy bowls.
The salesboy also mentioned that the ikea motto bowl is microwaveable safe which is great for heating up leftovers. The bowl gets kinda hot if I hold it at the bottom too much. It starts to burn my hand.
I don't like that i need oven mitts to hold this bowl when there's something hot in it. Overall, this bowl can have many uses. Its very highquality but i do have a few chips in mine. I wont be buying many more of these.

The title says it all. i love ikea bowls so much! it's just so amazing. all the bowls are top quality and these bowls are no exception. i use these bowls basically every day. it's for every occasion and you can put a lot of things in such as rice, soup, fruits, vegetables, and so many more. the possibilities are endless! and if you think these bowls are too small, there are 2 other options such as a half bowl/half dish type of bowl and a dish. another thing that i love about these bowls are they have a thick bottom which makes it really easy to hold onto the bowl if you put something hot in it such as soup. other bowls i bought have such a thin bottom and it's really hard to hold onto it. all in all, these bowls are perfect. it's light, it's microwave safe, it has a great price, it's high quality, it's everything you want into a bowl.

I always love products from IKEA. They’re reasonable price and such good quality. That’s why there was no surprise when I found out I love these bowls. They are super high quality and I use them about everyday. It’s basically around a 1 cup size and works great for anything. It’s also microwave-safe. I use this for a lot of leftover food in the refrigerator. I have so many of these bowls at home and other motto bowls. There’s this bowl, a dish, and a wide bowl. I use them all the time. Anyways.. unlike other bowls, whenever I put something hot in the bowl or microwave it, it’s actually easy to hold it with my hands. There’s an extra layer at the bottom of the bowl so it’s really easy to hold. Other bowls doesn’t have it which makes it hard to hold onto when there’s something hot. Another thing worth mentioning is that these bowls are SUPER LIGHT! Even kids can hold it without any problems. These bowls are just amazing. I can’t describe how good it is. I just love it. You guys should try it yourself and you’ll see why I love it so much.
