Rough on skin (Report Review)

I tried out the Garnier Nutritioniste Skin Renewal Kit on a whim and it was neither terrible nor too impressive. The first time used it, I was surprised at how grainy the texture of the face wash was. It felt rough on my skin, but I guess it got the job done with regards to exfoliating my skin. The second step of the Garnier Skin Renewal Kit is to put the lotion on. I did not like the lotion too much, as it felt a little too runny and slimy on my face. It was, however, pretty much fragrance free. The next few times I used it were the last. I felt like even though the face wash was doing a good job exfoliating my skin, it was too rough and was making my face red after I used it. I tried being more gentle, rubbing it on in gentle circular motions, but it always left my skin looking red and perhaps even raw. I would not recommend this product to people, especially those with sensitive skin. It might do the trick for those who have less sensitive skin, however. You can give it a try though.
