The Toro 38584 Snowblower Snow Blower Thrower does excellent in very cold weather. It shoots snow up really high and off my lawn. The Toro 38584 Snowblower Snow Blower Thrower is not slow at all but sometimes it can be a little hard to push in the bumpy snow. Clogging has not been a problem with the Toro 38584 Snowblower Snow Blower Thrower. The snow has been consistent and steady. I do wish the wheels were bigger to maneuever the ground but I really enjoyed using the Toro 38584 Snowblower Snow Blower Thrower. The Toro 38584 Snowblower Snow Blower Thrower will last you a long time and you can always buy the warranty in case something goes wrong. If you live in exteremely snowy areas then I recommend the Toro 38584 Snowblower Snow Blower Thrower. You should get snow off of your lawn as it builds up, that way you and the Toro 38584 Snowblower Snow Blower Thrower do nto end up sinking into the snow because there is so much snow. The Toro 38584 Snowblower Snow Blower Thrower is a quality snowblower and I would recommend its use in the snowy states.
