Soft Lift claims to make you look like a younger person. They also say that it can eliminate fine lines and wrinkles. They combine Juvaderm with BOTOX which also sounds like it would work. When on this treatment, I did start to see some results. I could see that my fine lines and wrinkles were diminishing. I also started to notice that I no longer had sagging underneath my eyes, and my crows feet were gone. I only saw slight improvement to my cheeks and lips. Soft Lift does not really help in those areas. If you do use to much you will look terrible. It is always best to use less if you are not sure how much is enough. The Soft Lift treatment lasts up to 12 months, whereas I saw about 7 months. I do not bruise easily therefore my skin was fine. I did get slight headaches though. You also have to contract your frowning muscles 3 times every 10 minutes for four hours which is exhausting. I was scared that if I did not do it correctly I was going to look like a chipmunk. Other than that, I am pretty sure there are better treatments out there if you are looking for some seriously noticeable results.
Pros:  reduced fine lines, crows feet, wrinkles, and laugh lines.
Cons:  did not do as much as expected
expensive for the quality...

I got this procedure done when i was 34. Maybe it was middle age crisis and me being to critical of my appearance. I had only few brow lines and crows feet. The reason i decided to get Soft Lift and not just Botox because i did notice that my face lost some of it fatty tissue and therefore was more angular and less perky. So, i though that fillers will correct the issue.
I got injections of Juvederm in my cheekbones and nasal folds. Because Juverderm is a gel, the nurse had to really work it in after the injection so that it will look even. I do bruise easily and therefore i had bruises from that for over 3 weeks. Botox did some good and my frown lines disappeared. The cheekbones did look more pronounced. But the reality is, what i wanted - more volume all over- is probably not possible to achieve with this procedure. The procedure will target certain areas and that is it. This actually raises another concern- you may end up looking a caricature like if you over do it or if you face has very pronounced features on the first place ( just remember STallone and Al Pacino). Also, the procedure cost me 3200$ and i did not even needed many units of either Botox or Juvederm.
