When it comes to owning a laptop, I do not always opt to go for the name brands. I have owned a name brand laptop and have owned a off name brand and they both worked equally well. The off name brand like this Acer computer is going to work as well as the name brand. The laptop operates off from the Windows 7 home edition and is a 64 bit version.
I like that this laptop offers a dual core processor and comes with a 1.6 GHz and a 1 MB cache system. For memory and ram, this laptop operates on a 2 GB DDR SDRAM system. The hard drive operates on a 250 GB hard drive which houses all of my music, scrapbooking needs and more.
I am someone who has to have a big enough screen to look at and with the 15.6 HD widescreen laptop, I know that I will be able to read the screen easily and that when I am using the computer, I will be able to see clearly without squinting my eyes. This is very important for me since this tends to give me a headache that will last me for days and hours.
Overall, I do enjoy this laptop and for the price, who can beat it. I found it cheap enough to buy and cheap enough to replace should the time come that it is not fast enough anymore. I also like the fact that I can purchase this laptop at a number of stores as well as a number of online sites. When it comes to purchasing a big name item like this, I want to see how well it will work and what I am able to put or install onto it. For this reason, I had to go to the store first to see if I liked it and then to order one if I did. I was not going to go home without this laptop and searched for it until I found it.
