Slim-Fast Optima Cappuccino Delight Shakes are wonderful tasting coffee drinks. i think they are Delicious and wonderful. i have had a weight problem in the past i had had been trying to drink weight lose drinks but none of them seem to be working. so i saw this and decided to try it, i thought it would not work but i was surprised to find i was actually losing weight. so i continued to buy them, i went from a man of 217 pounds to an average man of about 150 pounds and i have never felt better. i can recommend this to both people who are looking for a delicious coffee drink and to people who who could afford to lose a few pounds. my wife is a model and she drinks it just because it tastes good. my 13 year daughter also like them for there taste. i think Slim-Fast Optima Cappuccino Delight Shakes are a great choice for any one who likes coffee. my 5 year old son even likes the taste of the Slim-Fast Optima Cappuccino Delight Shakes and he does not even like coffee that much. so i recommend this to any one who like coffee and if you dont like coffee still try it. thanks.

This slim fast can features only 190 calories, 6g of Fat, 4g if carbs and 200mg of Sodium. Amazingly, this can also has 5g of Fiber and 10g of Protein.
I tried alot of horrible tasting and non-working weight lose products so of course I thought this can of slim-fast would be exactly like it. But I decided to give it a try by buying a 6 can pack (last pack left at at Wal-Mart) for $5.43.
Admittidly, when I first tasted it I plain hated it. It had a somewhat pleasant starting taste but after you swallow it, it gives you a awful after taste. Surprisingly, by the time I tasted my second can, it really wasn't that bad.
Thanks to slim fast I lost 15 pounds. But don't think that you can just drink these cans and lose weight. Right before you start working out you should drink one of these cans because it will provide a little food in your stomach and give you a little more energy to work with.
These aren't supposed to be used as a replacement for food per se because it is liquid and not as filling as other slim-fast products. Instead, it should be used to suppress your hunger so later on after a workout or something you won't be as hungry as you usually are. Things works great with a low calorie diet and excersise daily. I recieved great results from it and I would be recommend this to people who are willing to be patient and work hard to get the results they want.
If you use it the right way, this slim-fast product will definitely work for you. The results may not come as fast as you wished it would but trust me, give this product a try because you won't be disappointed.
