not so bad (Report Review)

I decided to try the Air Climber Deluxe System because the TV did a good job of selling it to me. What I really like about the Air Climber Deluxe System is that anyone can do it. It is very easy to use. I bought it also because it had strings which can work out my arms and give me a bit of stability while using the Air Climber Deluxe System. You can adjust the level of difficulty on the Air Climber Deluxe System which is also another plus. The stepper is very light and does not make me lug it out every time I want to use it. I did the trial thing and tried it out for 30 days for only 14.95. The only thing I really dislike about the Air Climber Deluxe System is that it makes some noise when I step up and down on it. I can always put in some earphones or turn up the TV. Nothing to severe. I really did see some weight starting to shed since I have been using the Air Climber Deluxe System. I have read that other people have lost a lot of weight and such so that is why I decided to keep it. If you are looking for something like the Air Climber Deluxe System there could probably be cheaper ones out there.

Great For People With Arthritis (Report Review)

I have had a hip replacement and I have Rheumatoid Arthritis so walking is not something that my Rheumatologist wants me to do however I have to exercise to get my cardio up. This air stepper does just that! It is ZERO compact on your joints and it gives you a great work out. The pedestal has a counter in it that counts your steps and tells you how many calories that you have burned. If you have problems with your balance, like I do, it is best to not wear sneekers that have high soles on them. Something like a pair of Keds is what I wear becasue you feel like you are so high up off the ground. The first few times that I used it I did not use the cords but I put it beside a wall so I could use the wall for support. As I have built up the muscles in my legs I have moved it away from the wall and use the cords. It also comes with dvd instructions and exercise chart that helps you maintain a regular work out schedule. You really feel it in your back calf muscles at first but it has helped improve my balance and my Rheumatologist is pleased with my results. I highly recommend this product!!
