i will never buy a bissel again (Report Review)

My husband and I moved halfway across the country and had our belongings shipped via freight for us. When we got here and started unpacking, I noticed that the vacuum got damaged and wasn't suctioning like it did before and was actually leaking, so I went shopping for a new one. We ended up with this Bissell from WalMart. I bought it because of the price. At a little over a hundred dollars, I figured it had to be a good vacuum. I was wrong.
While setting it up, I noticed one of the screws was missing. No problem I thought. I called up the manufacturer and told them that it was missing. They told me I must have lost it somehow but they will send one out to me "this one time". Really? Gee thanks. I should have just returned it to WalMart right then and there. Instead I kept it and used it. I am not a happy customer. It is a pretty heavy vacuum even without the cleaning fluid in the water tank. I do like that it has only 1 tank with a bladder instead of 2 different tanks.
