Expensive, but works well (Report Review)

Cellulite is every woman's bane, and there are an awful lot of products out there that claim to "fix" it! I've seen every type of pill, gel, serum, cream, or lotion on the shelf, claiming quick fixes, long-term results, or a combo of both.
Givenchy mostly markets high-end cosmetics and fragrances. If you've been to the perfume counter at a shop like Macy's, you probably connect the name to one of those sexy perfume ads with Liv Tyler. Getting into the body-firming business is pretty unglamorous, so I was kind of surprised to see Givenchy branching out with a cellulite cream, but it's a nice end result.
The formula is silky smooth and doesn't carry the unpleasant fragrance of some topical cellulite products. Because it's a serum, not a cream, it gives a very satisfying "tight" feeling to the skin right away, so you sort of feel like it's working from the start.
Like any other anti-cellulite cream, high-end or low, this isn't a permanent fix. Even the creams that claim to make cellulite "disappear" can't permanently rid you of the lumps, they just help to smooth the surface of the skin temporarily. Still, this serum does seem to visibly tighten and firm skin for at least a couple of hours. I suppose if you used it twice a day, every day, for several months you might see an even better result.
The only trouble is that, being high-end and all, this serum is a much more expensive than what I would normally be able to afford, so using it for an extended period of time just isn't an option. It'd be better as a splurge, like for use on a vacation where you knew you'd be wearing lots of short shorts and minidresses.
