The Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover is definitely the best makeup remover that I've ever found on the market.
I've always been on a search for eye makeup remover that works great yet doesn't irritate my skin. Until now, I'd never found it. I would try this product, that product, and that tiny little bottle of eye make up remover that sits at the very back of the shelf, and for a good reason (My eyes were red for days after using that stuff!). But now, I've finally found the perfect eye makeup remover. I love this makeup remover because it doesn't irritate my eyes or the skin around them, and it doesn't leave the skin around my eyes feeling oily and greasy, which is a horrible feeling if you've ever felt it. Even though this eye makeup remover is very gentle and non-oily, it is also the best at removing my eye makeup. It leaves no streaks or smears of makeup after I wipe it away, which is great and leaves me feeling fresh and clean. Overall, this is a wonderful, gentle eye remover that gets the job done well.

With the Neutrogena oil free eye makeup remover, the gentleness of the makeup remover will leave your skin feeling refreshed and oil free.
A large number of makeup removers will leave your skin dried out or feeling oily. This makeup remover will not. The dual action of this formula is going to remove even the worst stuck on water proof mascara. This make up remover is oil free and is also non-greasy.
If you are worried that you could ruin your contact lenses, do not be afraid, even the contact lens wearers can use this makeup remover. This makeup remover is so gentle that for my skin, which is extremely sensitive to all types of chemicals, my face does not react badly to the chemicals in this makeup remover.
One good thing about this makeup remover is that you do not have to worry about hunting from store to store for the makeup remover as it is available in nearly every store in my town. In many stores this makeup remover is affordable and can be found quite easily. When you purchase this makeup remover, make sure that you try a few of the other Neutrogena products on the market. Once you try the Neutrogena products, you will not want to try another product again to help remove stuck on makeup or to make your skin healthy.
Overall, this makeup remover is one of the best on the market and trust me, I have tried several different types to help remove stuck on mascara. For people who have sensitive skin like I do, this makeup remover is not harsh and will not leave you feeling as if your face was or is on fire. This makeup remover has been tested by Ophthalmologist’s. Not very many companies can say that about their products.
