Hello Hydration! Where have you been all of my life? (Report Review)

This is probably one of the only Herbal Essences conditioners I am a fan of. It is meant for dry, damaged hair, and it does a good job moisturizing the damaged ends. It by no means repairs split ends, however it helps with that ‘crunchy’ brittleness older hair gets. I would suggest NOT pairing this with the Hello Hydration shampoo, as the shampoo strips your hair so much and then coats it in oil. If you use this, pair it with a mild scalp shampoo.

I find the smell is milder than the matching shampoo, and that’s a good thing. It is a nice smell in low doses. It is floral, so be careful what shampoo you match to it. Floral does not mix well with too many other scents.

The conditioner is not as thick as I would normally like. Despite that, it clings to the hair and moisturizes it as well as a thicker conditioner would. I used a small amount more than I normally would for my hair, and it helped to add extra hydration (be careful with this, as it can also make your scalp oilier!).

The first time I tried this conditioner paired with a shampoo other than the Hello Hydration, I was absolutely astonished at how amazingly soft my hair felt. About an inch above my split ends and all the way to my roots I had incredibly soft hair. Even my split ends felt better! I felt a difference about a minute after having it resting in my hair. After three minutes, it was as good as it was going to get and my hair just felt wonderful.

The second bottle of this I used did not have a similar effect. This is a conditioner where you have to switch to a different type of conditioner after finishing a bottle (as in: finish 1 bottle, get a different conditioner, finish that bottle, then buy this one again).

I would suggest this if you have moderate to severely damaged hair. Don’t expect miracles, it won’t repair the splits, but it does a fine job of masking the problem. It also can help ‘heal’ the slightly damaged hair (but only a little).

It does not prevent damage if you use a flat iron, curling iron, hair dryer, or brush your hair when it’s wet. Avoid using / doing those if you intend to use this conditioner.
Pros:  Mild scent.
Heals slightly damaged hair.
Moisturizes hair.
Cons:  Not good if you plan to style hair.

I really hate the shampoo for this but the conditioner makes up for everything. the conditioner is amazing. it moisturizes your hair so much better than the shampoo. my hair felt so smooth after using this. another thing i like is the scent. it\'s smells go good. i love how my hair smell after using this. i really love this conditioner. it\'s sad that the shampoo doesn\'t work as well as this but it\'s alright. maybe it\'s just my hair, who knows? i see a lot of people praising herbal essences so it must be good.
Pros:  - like the shampoo, the smell is wonderful. i really love the scent. it has a vanilla flavor but with a twist.
- works so much better than the shampoo. it actually moisturizes my hair really well. it sucks that the shampoo sucks or else this would have been perfect
Cons:  - i minus 1 star off this because the shampoo sucks. it would be weird if you use different shampoo & conditioner so that\'s why i took off one star. but the conditioner is really goo

Like I said in the Herbal Essences Shampoo review, I didn\'t necessarily like it. What I do like though is their conditioner. Like the shampoo, the conditioner smells fabulous. I still just can\'t get over how good the scent is. It\'s sooooo good! Back on topic, the conditioner works super well. The shampoo made my hair really dry and icky but then with this on, it became smooth which I love. I have nothing much to say but I like it. It would be weird though if you use this conditioner but use another shampoo. Another thing mentioning is that Herbal Essences shampoos/conditioners cost more than the other shampoos/conditoners which is not a good thing. My final conclusion is that it\'s a good conditioner but not worth buying. There are other super good shampoo/conditioners out there. What I do love is the scent. I still can\'t get over it. I guess you gotta try it out yourself. Experiment, and you\'ll see.
Pros:  - amazing scent!
- works really well, really moisturizes your hair and make it smooth
Cons:  - more expensive than the other conditioners and the shampoo really sucks.
Moisturizes my hair (Report Review)

Although Herbal Essences shampoos usually disappoint me, their conditioners never do, so after trying their Hello Hydration Shampoo, I tried this out.

First of all, this conditioner smells good. It's mostly vanilla, but with a little hit of some kind of fruit. It's an unique scent. I also like the packaging, it is very cute and feminine. It's easy to get out the conditioner but the lid can sometimes be hard to open. I applied this after using shampoo and pinned my hair up for about five minutes. Because this shampoo did feel like it was working and moisturizing my hair, during the five minutes I was waiting, I decided to shave my legs with this conditioner and surprisingly, it worked a lot better than my shaving cream! My legs felt smooth and moisturized and there were no nicks or cuts. After the five minutes. I rinsed out the conditioner and my hair felt moisturized. The only downside is that my hair was noticeably harder to comb out afterwards.

All in all, this is a good shampoo if you are looking for something that will moisturize. I will be purchasing this again because it's cheap and I can use it on my hair and as a shaving cream.
Pros:  -smells good
-it does moisturize
-cute packaging
Cons:  -hard to comb out hair afterwards
