I went out and bought the ProForm Adjustable Height Step Platform after I returned the Reebok Step Stepper. The ProForm Adjustable Height Step Platform was half the price and well worth it. I am able to do 5 different heights to increase or decrease my level of activity. I get a good aerobic workout. I am very glad that this came with a DVD to help me do different workouts. The reebok step stepper did not come with one. There is a non-slip surface which thank gosh there should be. I really see the same results that I see with the Reebok Step Stepper and I am glad that I switched. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to pay an affordable price for a stepper. I am pretty sure there are cheaper ones (maybe) but I was happy to settle with this price. If you want to see results by doing little quirky workouts then I think the ProForm Adjustable Height Step Platform is a very good buy for you. The ProForm Adjustable Height Step Platform would also be very good to give as a gift to a friend or family member, just hope you dont insult them.
