The Ex-U-Rope Licorice Jump Rope is my favorite jump rope for several reasons. For one, the Ex-U-Rope Licorice Jump Rope is the one that "skips" the best -- in order words, it is probably the best option for those who are looking to jump rope as a heart-healthy cardiovascular activity. I like the Ex-U-Rope Licorice Jump Ropes a lot better than the plastic beaded jump ropes and jump ropes that are made of actual rope. I think that the jump ropes that are made of rope are best for children who are younger since it is harder to get hurt using them. In other words, it will hurt less if you are hit with a rope than if you are hit with a rubber jump rope. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Ex-U-Rope Licorice Jump Rope for those who want to try out jump rope as a good way to get in their daily exercise. The cost of a jump ropes, after all, is much cheaper than the price of a gym membership or some kind of fancy elliptical or exercise machine. Just buy a jump rope and save your money. You won't regret it.
