Atkins weight loss bars (Report Review)

I received a trio of Atkins weight loss bars to try out a little over a half year ago. I have to say that certain flavors were better than others. In my opinion, stick to the fruit flavors if you do not like too much sugar in your bars and you tend to gravitate towards the more crisp, crunchy energy bars. The choclate, peanut, or caramel flavored ones tend to be sweeter and more ideal for those who have a sweet tooth and love choclate. The problem with the choclate, peanut butter and caramel bars is that they all sort of have chalky, metallic aftertaste and have an artificial texture and flavor. It is kind of a trade off, but personally I think I would go for the fruit flavored crisp bars over the chocolate caramel bars even though I typically really like chocolate and caramel. Overall, the Atkins weight loss bars are good for those in pinch, but they will probably not keep you that full. They are only good as mid-morning snack but they are not going to work as meal replacement bars at all.
