For Christmas my little girl received her first American Girl Doll.
It is just beautiful! I do however think they are over priced.
I Feel the doll is built sturdy and will last for years to come though.
I just wish the price of the items that you will need for the doll Were a little more affordable to buy.
The doll itself has the most Realistic hair that I have seen yet. It doesn't seem to ever snarl and You can comb through it like real hair.
My little girl is five and loves Her American Girl Doll. It is just darling. I love it too.
I love how the Doll can stand up and you can dress it easily too.
It is really pretty.
My little girl has a lot of dolls and this doll is the nicest one she Has.
It has really beatufiul features. The eyes are really pretty on The doll too.
It does come with a really cute book too that can be Read to them.
The book is actually more for an older girl at least Age nine or older.
They are cute stories and it features the doll That comes with it.
The doll comes in a really nice sturdy cardboard Box that is very classy.
The neat thing with the doll is that you can Get the American Girl Clothing that will fit perfectly.
I have found many items for the doll on ebay and garage sales since they are Priced pretty high at the American Girl Doll Stores.
The clothing Is very realistic and very cute.
They actually have real tea parties At the American Girl Doll Store that you can take your little girl Too and she can bring her doll.
It is cute to see all the girls with Their realistic dolls.
It will be a favorite doll for your girl if you Decided to purchase one, so this does make it worth buying The original American Girl Doll.
They are just precious.

I still remember when the American Girl Dolls were so popular when I was still a student in elementary school. There was a whole line of different American Girl Dolls and they even had their own books about them. I remember being impressed with the line of American Girl Dolls and, like many other girls in school, I coveted one. I remember receiving one as a Christmas present and being pleased with it until I realized that the American Girl Dolls were actually pretty useless. You could not play with them since they served only a decorative purpose. In fact (as I found out the hard way) you could not even remove them from their decorative boxes. They were secured tightly to the display box. I was disappointed to find that all you got to do with them was set them on a shelf. I would have rather gotten and Easy Bake Oven, to be honest. The novelty of the American Girl Dolls soon wore off, and I realized that spending forty to fifty dollars (if not more) on these dolls was purely frivolous if not wasteful.
