Reflexology is a great relaxing form of massage. Reflexology is not just a pampering tool, but it is a certified healing therapy too. A Reflexology Therapist makes a series of pressure movements on the feet or your hands with his/her hands. His/Her movements release toxins, helping to improve circulation in general, and also organ functions, while letting your body and mind to relax. It helps people with sleeping disorder too. I also have a TMJ symptoms and when I came to a first treatment and had a light pain in my ear, I told a therapist about it and she started massaging a spot at the middle of my palms and it helped, after a few minutes I felt a relieve, now when I have a pain a massage this spot myself.
And when my daughter can not fall asleep I massage the tips of her fingers, which relaxes.
You should try reflexology, it works.
