Great Charcoal BBQ for money (Report Review)

My husband is little bit nuts when it comes to barbecuing. Currently we have 3 BBQ, only because i made him give one of the BBQs away.
We had Weber Charcoal Grill for over 5 years and it is a great grill. There is no question that charcoal adds to the taste of meat. There were only 2 issue with the grill- cooking surface is not big enough and considering it is round- you will end up with hot and cold spots. Second issue is insulation. It is made of material that does not keep heat very well and you have to add charcoal every hour or so. We gave up this BBQ and got Big Green Egg because the insulation on it is so much better. With Weber Performer, you will have to add charcoal every 45-60 minutes, which makes barbecuing brisket or ribs very painful

Charcoal Grill That Makes Tender Meat When Used (Report Review)

The Weber Performer grill works on charcoal rather than gas. You get all the benefits of working with charcoal minus the fact that you have to clean up the mess of the charred charcoal. The startups of the charcoal is somewhat unpredictable with most other grills but with this one, this is not a problem.
Overall, the top of the charcoal grill is 363 square inches of cooking space which is ideal for those times when you will be having friends over for dinner. You do not have to worry about cleaning the system often as it features a one touch cleaning system that also comes with a venting system. The venting system works by allowing you to empty out the ashes easily and within seconds. If you do not like to get your hands dirty or to touch the ashes to empty the grill out, this is perfect. I for one am someone who hates to have my hands dirty and that is why I enjoy this grill so much.
For most other grills, you get the function of only 2 legs being on wheels and this grill comes with all 4 legs being on wheels. The charcoal grill also features the work table that allows you to prepare of prep your food as needed. Along with that, you have 3 tool hooks to hang your utensils on such as a turner and poker and even a basting brush.
The lid of the charcoal grill comes with a mounted thermometer that will tell you just how hot it is inside of the charcoal grill. This is great for making sure that you have an even temp and perfect temperature to keep your meat tender and juicy. The meat that you cook on this grill will be perfect for gatherings and for friends who will be coming to your house for dinner every night of the week. Once I started to BBQ, everyone seemed to be available for a night on the patio.
Overall, this type of grill is perfect for others who do not like the taste of propane or who prefer to have charcoal over gas.
