Love this grater! (Report Review)

This is a real professional grater. I bought the Microplane 38000 Professional Coarse Grater because it was a step up from my other grater which had so little space on it. I can grate whole blocks of cheese and not use that little grater that is for limes or anything else. I also grate skins because they are healthy. The Microplane 38000 Professional Coarse Grater was worth the money I paid for it. It is easy to wash, and easy to use. I highly recommend buying this professional grater. You will not be disappointed. I also do a load of cooking so I know I needed a really top notch grater. I turned to the Microplane 38000 Professional Coarse Grater and it really does its job well. The dollar store graters just were not cutting it anymore. This grater stays sharp and I dont have to worry about it going dull.This grater makes it so much easier to grate things and is really sturdy. I recommend this to anyone that needs a grater that will not fail on them. You could even nick your hand with this grater so I would be extremely careful.

As I said in my other microplane grater, I don't like it because it's too long. Now this is what I mean. The size of this grater is just perfect, not too long not too short. It's just perfect for you to hold. When I grate my fruits and veggies, it actually feels really nice and it works really well. Another thing i like about this grater is that it looks simply nice. I mean just look at it. It looks so fancy! No wonder it's professional. Another thing that's good about this grater is that it works really well. The blades are really sharp and grates my fruits and veggies and other food extremely well. I tried grating an orange with the other microplane grater, and it was really hard since and orange is heavy and the other thing is just so light. Now this, it has just the right size that it's so easy to grate the orange. I have to say that this grater is one of my most used kitchen tools. I can't go on with my life without this grater. It's simply just amazing. I really recommend this to everyone. It doesn't even cost that much anyways.

The Microplane 38000 Professional Coarse Grater is, in my opinion, a pretty decent overall kitchen appliance. I think that the Microplane 38000 Professional Coarse Grater is a great product because it is actually pretty versatile, meaning that you can use the Microplane 38000 Professional Coarse Grater for a variety of different kitchen tasks. Most often, I find myself using the Microplane 38000 Professional Coarse Grater to grate vegetables that I my want to stick into a baked casserole. The Microplane 38000 Professional Coarse Grater is very sharp and never has trouble grating the vegetables I am working with -- even harder vegetables like carrots. The Microplane 38000 Professional Coarse Grater of course has no problem grating zucchinis, which I often grate. In addition to vegetables, the Microplane 38000 Professional Coarse Grater can be used to make grated chocolate for desserts. Also, you can use the Microplane 38000 Professional Coarse Grater to grate cheese as well. Overall, highly recommended.
