Not very impressed. (Report Review)

I used to love nero products because they were truly the best at what they did.
I never used to have any problems using nero and everything always went perfectly whenever I used their products but something has dramatically changed within the past few years.
This program is almost completely broken and I truly can't believe they're selling it on the market.
Almost every single thing I've tried to recover from disc didn't work I was only able to recover one disc and most of the disc weren't even scratched very bad.
Unfortunately I feel that I wasted my money on this nero software because I was expecting something far better but got something much worse.
Nero used to be amazing but like I said something happened in the past few years that completely slowed them down or something.
The only good thing about it is the video editor that actually works halfway decent and is pretty cool.
The only thing is I didn't buy it for the video editor but that's all I really feel I got out of it.
It allows you to arrange your videos pretty nicely and allows you to edit everything pretty neatly.
It also has a direct youtube upload which can come in handy for when it's done converting it just uploads it straight to youtube.
Unfortunately this program could have been a lot better but falls short of what it was capable of.
