Pretty good (Report Review)
Aug 22, 2011 by SophieMiriam
Consumer rating: (0)
Overall, this is a pretty good phone, especially if you text a lot. It has a full slide-out keyboard, which is easy to use. There's a slot for a memory card, and lots of customizable options, such as backgrounds, color schemes, and so on. If you're looking for a cheap and basic phone with a qwerty keyboard, this is a good choice.
Pros: |
This phone is cheap, and relatively sturdy. I've dropped it quite a few times, with only a few scratches resulting.
The call quality is good, even inside buildings, subway stations, etc. |
Cons: |
There's some sort of software glitch. Avoid the notepad function at all costs--sometimes if you use it it will erase all the software on your phone, causing it to be no more use than a paperweight. This happened to my first phone, and the company did replace it for free.
Another con is that the apps are very very limited. The only two useful ones I've found are Google maps and the email app. These, along with the web browser (opera mini) are all free apps. There are some paid apps, but from what I can tell they all seem to be daily horoscopes and the like. |
