Charcoal and Propane in one grill. (Report Review)

When I was visiting my sister in laws home, I noticed that my brother had purchased a new grill. The very first thing that my husband said was that he had to see what his new grill looked like and what it did. When it comes to men, if there is a new gadget or tool anywhere in the vicinity, they must all gather around it and praise it. It was no different with this grill. Luckily, that’s why we were there, for a family BBQ.
My husband came in and said that he loved the grill and that we needed to get one. I walked out to check it out and surprisingly, I actually liked it as well. I prefer charcoal to propane and with this grill, I had the best of both worlds. I could have my charcoal and he could have his propane.
The grill is able to handle 40.800 BTU and has 3 burners as well as having a 12,000 BTU side burner. You also have the side shelf for preparing food and to have a place to remove food to when your done cooking. The adjustable height of the grate was an added bonus since there are some meats that need to be cooked closer to the fire than others. The warming rack is good for putting rolls on to warm when trying to cook dinner.
Of all the features that I liked best, I liked the easy to dump ash removal pan that allowed me to empty the ash out when I was done using the charcoal side of the grill. It is amongst the bigger grills but hey, it can handle larger amounts of food at one time as we discovered at my brothers BBQ. Overall, the food was tender and juicy and tasted good and that is what is important when it comes to grilling out.
